What kind of wines are good to cellar?

Where and how should I cellar wine?
Really there are only two places to store your wine; either in one of our wine lockers or at home. Wherever you decide to store the wine, it should be kept in the dark at steady temperature of 56° lying down on its side. It is also important to keep your wine away from any vibrations.
How do you know when to drink the wine?
When to drink a wine depends mainly on trial and error. People tend to enjoy wine at different stages of maturity. However, if you would like some guidance, our Sommeliers will be happy to assist you. |
